Job Overview
Responsibilities are processing driver Motor Vehicle Reports for all New-Hire and Existing Employees.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Prepare and send notifications to branch operations of approved and/or unapproved drivers.
- Maintain Samba/Origami Driver profile to accurately show MVR results and qualification to verify compliance with MVR process.
- Monitor New-Hire and Termination report to ensure compliance with MVR/NDR process, verifying we received all necessary paperwork and to make active or archived in the driver system.
- Monitor Alerts for automatic (Monitoring) MVR’s, to verify still qualified to drive, or if status has changed and to notify branches if needed.
- Schedule and process MVR's for Non-DOT drivers every 3 years.
- Assist DOT Specialist as needed with various spreadsheets, data entry, and requests for information.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and communicate effectively.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Experience with Microsoft Office, including WORD, Excel, and Outlook.
